The core of Christianity and its practices is Christ, the core of any and all religions is the human spirit and body. If Christ is in the body and spirit, you find gold even through other religions for the Christian’s core is Christ, for it is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me, writes St. Paul. If not indeed having the Christ in you, you may still find some joy as the spirit contains great riches from past eras and previous victories. But it is not God who provides grace nor the peace, but a working of the human spirit and body, created by God though unworthy of our religious seeking, attention, and appreciation. Any and all Christian mysticism begins and ends with the Bible, a cognition, and a prayer to enter the Spirit of God.
