ABOUT

The Apostolic Christian Church

The Apostolic Christian Church is part of the body of Christ, the church. When you open the Bible and see the word "church," know that what you read is what we seek to be and become. We are not opposed to Catholicism as Protestants, or opposed to Creeds and sacraments as heretics. We are not opposed to traditions of the Orthodox or the Oriental Orthodox, but endorse and love their tradition as ours. We draw from the Spirit of God, from the oirign of origins, the being of Jesus Christ, to be the eternal church that Jesus Christ proclaimed to be that one against which the gates of hell shall not prevail. So long as we be confessors of the faith, the Nicene Creed, the Bible in all its contents, free from heresy, we are members of the invincible and eternal body that overcomes the world by faith, proclaims the victory of Christ in love, and remains attached to Christ as a member of his holy body.

The Church is established exclusively for religious purposes, including the worship of Almighty God through Jesus Christ; the proclamation and teaching of Holy Scripture; the preservation and practice of the historic apostolic Christian faith; the administration of Christian worship and sacraments; Christian education, prayer, charity, and service; and the advancement of Christian unity. The Church confesses the historic Christian faith and does not define its existence in protest against the Catholic Church, Eastern Orthodox Churches, Armenian Apostolic Church, or other historic Apostolic Churches. Not being a non-denominational church that is a branch of Protestant or Evangelical ideology, we claim to be of the Christianity borne from the heart of Christ, his words, and the teaching of the Apostles.

We are not founded upon protest against the Catholic or Orthodox Churches, or protest against any ecclesial church. Our foundation is Jesus Christ and the Apsotles.

From the days of Jesus Christ of Nazareth to 451 AD, the church was one and unified.

This is our Church, the Apostolic Christian Church, and what it is, claims, and seeks to give, holy original Christianity in communion with all, for we believe, as is written and proclaimed in the Nicene Creed, in the Holy Catholic (Universal) and Apostolic church, as the Church Fathers knew it and
envisioned it to be.
