God is love, writes the Apostle St. John. Therein within the Bible, it is written, fixed and true forever.
Forever, O LORD, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens, writes the Psalmist.
What cannot pass, what cannot decay, what lasts forever?
For stars do die and planets do erode away, rocks do split and mountains move to this day, yet this truth, this word, God is love, shall not be cast away, but remain, eternally, unshatterable, unbreakable, invincible, and as everlasting as ever.
