Heaven is an eternal bliss. It is a total embrace of light and comfort, a levity that is secure from danger. It is the totality that makes it what it is, the embrace and enclosing of the heart from all sides, behind, before, beside, inside, and the expanse of fresh life that is sensed from above. It is as a place fluttering with golden dust and mist, that comforts the body and mind as warmth. It is the acceptance of the entirety of the self, with nothing left out or lingering behind or beneath. It is the total embrace of the body, completeness with no desire irking or left suffering to be fulfilled. It is not merely an emotion that lasts forever. It is a place you may live and be eternal in body, mind, and soul, from everlasting to everlasting, from the beginning to end, from heaven to the highest of heavens, it is where you will belong, and where life ends and truly begins, where the adventure comes to a close and yet again commences once again.
Yet, this is all internal, the emotions and feelings and senses are not all that are, but the reality of blessing in our life around us, the gifts and kingdoms that are ours, the victories of God and man over evils, the freedom earned by the conquest of our faith and love, the friendships and celebrations of love that cause the joys within.
It is as a grandfather old and wise and aged, seated before his children's children, his pride, his joy, his everything, that brings a true smile upon his face. Heaven is thus, the blessing and the grace of what is real, not only what is internal.
