Systems deneccessitate the involvement of a person, which is why systems are in fact demonic by nature, for in distant ages, long ago, a king and a circle of men made choices that expanded benevolent kingdoms worthy of the praise of all men, from thence, henceforth, to all eternity. The human mind deliberates on a situation, a system is simply the shifting of responsibility.
