The rich put aside military service by wealth, the diaspora by distance and by seeming logical action, and the faithful by claims of pacifism.

If called and possessing the faith of Christ, enlist in the armed forces, become a trained soldier and fight the good fight, not in your heart only as St. Paul never intended, but in reality as well, to keep the faith at all costs, which demands our lives.

For nonviolence and pacifism in holy war is unbelief and the shifting of responsibility to another to fight for you, shedding blood for your life, children, and family.

The Christian is called to fight, to war.
