The government and democracy is the reason for lack of archetypes of ancient significance in culture in this age. They are history to us and no longer modern as the structure of society is ruled not by man but by a contorted legal system that pledges allegiance to no one and nothing but common childish principles lacking the fullness and presence of Christ, beauty, splendor, majesty and holiness. We feel them but cannot realize them aside from our internal states. Society is dulled into a playhouse and culture puppetry since the loss of monarchies.
