There is no law against adultery or fornication, yet these are grave sins and violations of the Law of God, though not in the judicial system of the US.

Yet, if I were to say that the judicial system utilizes sorcery on a constant basis, what would you say? Is it unjust?

Yes, sorcery is less discernible physically.  However, imagine a judicial system that commits adultery against those who are wrongfully deemed to have committed civil wrongs? Would that not be unjust still despite adultery and fornication not being against the laws of this world?

There is no law against sorcery, yet it is unjust to engage in it even if the laws of this world do not prohibit it.

In fact, some forms are condemned - those systems and legalities that seek and allow cruel and unusual punishments.

It is worth noting, for not noting it or declaring this wrong is a form of being complicit.
