Long curly hair in men is often labeled as Turkish, but is rather a symbol and archetypally angelic. The Roman and Greek gods possessed hair of this kind. Turks don’t have a mustache to match it, unless I’m wrong and the photo imagery of history is inaccurate, for their eyes were thin and their mustaches too, of no substance, thin and going sideways, not curling down to the beard, as the letter T.
