There is a delusion within Christianity that those who believe cannot excel in this world nor should they or even try to do so. At the commencement and first sight of effort, it is as if a voice of reason and truth and virtue even were to remind one that Christianity is not a religion of achievement but of failure, but in reality this is an accusation of demons. What kingdom was created upon sloth and mediocrity? None. Therefore, the Christian ought to battle, to fight, and to pursue excellence in its highest forms more so than those of this world, so that his kingdom, a kingdom of heaven, may flourish as a vine, growing and flowering upwards unto eternity reaching endlessly unto the heavens. These words are not meant to taunt anyone but to silence and kill the voice of demons that ever resist the excelling and transformation of Christians into men of excellence not failure, and in the face of great failure to proclaim, nay to roar the victory of Christ, to follow and to find victory nonetheless.
