The Apostles were not accused for what they did bodily, the ways in which they followed the Holy Spirit. Rather they were imprisoned or killed for the sake of Jesus Christ and the proclamation of the Gospel, the Good News, of resurrection, the true King over all other kings of the world. And this made them blessed.
