I have a law in mind, a law of life and of reality, that when we judge others of anything, we indeed and in truth suffer from that for which we are judging others. When Jesus Christ says that there is a log in our eye when we judge others for a speck on the eye, he in fact means what he is saying not in metaphor but in the reality of this law.

Is it not clear that those who slander, who judge are diseased with that for which they judge others?
