In the seriousness and sharpened edge of truth, Jesus Christ cuts at the hearts of all doubting before him his deity saying, Is it not written in your law that ye are gods?
And if we be gods, he reasoned, how could we deny the deity of Jesus based on the humility of human nature?
Human nature is so high as to be worthy of being a stepping stone of logic towards assenting to the deity of Christ. We are a premise of eternity towards the Godhead of Jesus Christ.
How high art thou? As high as a god or goddess, for the more elevated you see your own nature, the more elevated you may see the Son of God.
And reaching beyond the stature of stars, may your human nature behold an even higher light, the light of the Holy Trinity, the highest light, in the love and humanity of the newborn king, in miracles persecuted, in crucifixion ridiculed, in resurrection loved in tears, our Lord and our God whom apostles have seen, have touched with their hands, and have beheld and not doubted, and believed.
