When an evil man is ignorant of the great negative and lethal consequences of his acts, it is somehow and in a way unjustly so the responsibility of the victim to stop the evil man in act due to his greater knowledge of the negative consequences. This dynamic is not good, especially when it is not easy to stop the wrongdoing. The victim bears the responsibility of the wrong done and the responsibility to stop it. Perhaps writing this down makes the victim less responsible.
