Human art will always trump that which is made artificially, for it fuses the real with the imagination, how things are and how they ought to be, what we know and what we long to see. That which we truly seek is reality, and thus perceiving with the imagination and with our very eyes, we see through them our God, inspired and creative. Truly, it is through the lens of human imagination that we see most clearly, the longing that has a home in the depths and light of God’s heart, in ever reaching grasping, ever exploring, a home one day being found within, being all satisfying and for everlasting.
