A lion of great might, larger than life, a mythic creature, the archetype and form of all who reflect his beauty and vigor and strength. An eagle beyond all mountains, soaring through the heavens, looking down and calling with voice in victories for me. A dragon, with scales impenetrable, and wisdom beyond mankind, saints, and angels. These are the guardians of earth, mythic and immortal creatures. Could it be that this is what heaven is filled with? Along with the known imagery of our modern understanding of heavenly creatures?
