God is a person and acts in anger. A person makes choices, thinks, observes, wonders, and acts with a full range of what a living being is, of which we possess only a sliver compared to God and higher beings such as angels and seraphim and cherubim, etc.
A person by definition implies life, being alive. Personhood is variable, having sadness, tears, success, and failure. It is a reverse metaphor, using a concept that applies to humans to think about God. However, our concept of personhood is only a fraction of what personhood implies: full of life, freedom, happiness, joy, and choices - a will.
He is a living being, not fixed with a set plan but with a set intention and goal overall. He is the ultimate Being. He has a will and it changes. We have to pray to each person of the Trinity. They have their own plans and wills and way of doing things. Every saint has a will and not everyone will answer your prayers as you wish.
The more abundantly you pray to Jesus, the more he will favor you over others who prayer to him. The same applies to intercession of saints.
