When your work is building your own kingdom, the money accrued is a supplement and addition, a multiplication of wealth already created. When you build another’s, your life is bound to be split in two, your labors being exchanged for dollars, and those dollars being equal to effort and life force expended for another’s life. Your life becomes the dollars earned, and that being equal to the labor and sweat. It is not good math. It’s an equal exchange of goods with no profit, your sweat for money equally so.
May you eat the fruit of your labors! Says the Psalmist! For to do so is to make wealth two times over.
