God can be omniscient, knowing and seeing all things at all times and throughout all time, however he’s a person and in being a person and not a machine God with coded attributes like a software, doesn’t always catch everything that happens or foresees it without willing and wanting to do so, according to his liking that day. It’s not a game, it’s not a way to appear and act as a person, rather it is him being himself: a person, three in fact and one Being.
