My beloved Athanasius, I write to you from the cave in which I dwell, having suffered for you and humanity. I carry upon my body the burdens of society, their shortcomings, and failures, their misconceptions, and sins. I am in peace now after my time of prayer and writing to you for you long for the same fountain from which I drink, the same light which illuminates my heart. Be virtuous and be holy. This is what eternity demands.

But how? What spiritual practice, what way must we walk upon? What must we do? Listen and do not share what I say with those who do not revere God. The will is stronger than the mind and when indestructible and certain and like lion chasing for its pray, can receive anything from the Lord.
