When you include the voice of God in your spiritual life, it is included in your conscience as something to be deliberated upon and choices made concerning what you hear from God. However, if believing that hearing God’s voice would be too difficult on consistent basis, then making an prayer to God concerning this issue, it would be entirely additional to your conscience, having no moral bearing on whether you act on it or not.
