One of my greatest fears is that those in lying begin to alter the truth by the effect of their act of deception. In saying a saint is not so, they nearly debased him by the effect of their lies to the level of a good person. Truth is like a river, it cannot be uprooted, it cannot be broken, it cannot age; rather, it can only be redirected, inevitably and uncontrollably reaching its proper destination.
