Forgive and erase all my sins. 

Forgive and erase my sins so deeply that it is as though in reality they never happened or occurred. Forgive and erase my sins so deeply that its negative effects are zero, no longer existent, and gone.  

Forgive and erase all my sins and have mercy upon me.
